Ushuaïa

Ushuaïa is a stadium concert with a swimming pool, and it is genuinely spectacular in daylight — confetti, pyro, a stage the size of a festival main stage, and the sun going down behind it. Nowhere else on the island does that.

But it closes at midnight by licence, which is the single most important fact about it. That makes it a starter, not a night. Most people who book it as their big evening end up standing outside at 00:05 wondering what happens now, having already spent €90.

The way to use Ushuaïa is deliberately: go in the afternoon, treat it as the day event, then either go to bed or walk five minutes to Hï. What it is not is value — €70–100 for six hours of daylight, with €18–22 drinks and a €1,500 table minimum.

Who it's for

Go if: Groups who want one big daylight spectacle and a photo that proves it.

Don't bother if: Anyone whose priority is the music, or who wants a proper late night.

What it costs

If the door price is the problem, Amnesia is the cheaper option at €50–75 — the terrace at 5am is still one of the best rooms in europe.
